1. Deposits & Waiting List

• All deposits made to reserve a kitten or place a hold on our waiting list are strictly non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of VanCastle Ragdolls or as explicitly detailed in our written Purchase Agreement.

• VanCastle Ragdolls reserves the right to cancel a reservation or decline a sale at any time prior to the physical transfer of the kitten if we determine it is in the best interest of the kitten’s welfare.

2. Pricing & Availability

• Kitten availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice until a deposit is received and a formal Purchase Agreement is executed.

• Inquiries or communications do not constitute a hold on any kitten or litter placement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All imagery, media, branding, logos, and written content on this website are the exclusive property of VanCastle Ragdolls and are protected under copyright laws.

• No images or content may be reproduced, distributed, downloaded, or used for commercial or personal purposes without explicit written consent from VanCastle Ragdolls.

4. Veterinary & Health Disclaimer

• Information provided on this website regarding cat care, nutrition, grooming, or health is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Adoption Contract Supersedes Website Information

• All kitten adoptions are strictly governed by our formal, written Pet Purchase Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between statements on this website and the signed Purchase Agreement, the executed Purchase Agreement shall control and take precedence.
